Emergency Labor & Travel — $165/hour (Port-to-port)

Description

Use this internal line item when urgent or emergency service is approved at $165 per hour.

Port-to-port billing: labor and travel time are billable from departure for the customer through the return trip. A one-hour drive each way adds two billable hours.

Parts are not included and must be listed separately. The customer estimate and invoice will clearly identify this emergency rate before payment.

Starting-price notice: The listed purchase covers the base service described above. Vehicle requirements, parts, location and additional approved work can affect the final service total.
